DAILY DEVOTION
We all face situation that makes us anxious. We may be fearful about presenting a business proposal to a group of strangers. We may put off dealing with a disruptive family member. What we must worry about, through, is doing something we have never done before. God knows how fearful we are of stepping into unfamiliar areas. That is why He reminds us that when we are most afraid, we should review what He has already done for us, trusting that the one who put the stars in the sky and established the earth will continue to work on our behalf. God's love and compassion for us are far greater than what any human being can do to us. There is no uncharted territory for the mapmaker of the universe. With His direction, we may go in to the dark with confidence. Charles Swindoll says "God never missed the runway through all the centuries
of fearful fog". Yes, He is in total control of your life.
